A quick and easy stir fry using leftover bulgur wheat, vegetables, and crab sticks, seasoned lightly to enhance the natural flavors.

Ingredients

1 Servings
  • 2tbsp
    ghee
  • 1/2cup
    frozen veggies
  • 1
    white onion
  • 4
    garlic cloves
  • 1
    ginger thumb
  • 1tbsp
    gochujang paste
  • 6
    crab sticks, cut into cubes
  • 1cup
    cooked bulgur (seasoned with garlic/onion powder and 1/2 chicken stock cube)
  • 1tsp
    sesame oil

Method

  1. Heat up ghee in a large pan. Add veggies and fry until translucent then add onion, garlic, and ginger. Fry on high heat for 5 minutes.

  2. Add gochujang paste, incorporate well then add crab sticks and fry for 5 minutes.

  3. Now add Bulgur and fry for another 5 minutes.

  4. Add sesame oil and you’re done.
