This dish is up there with my seafood faves! It honestly hits every spot!

It is so delicious! It will have you licking your plate (recommend 😂)

Honestly, I cannot recommend it enough 🥰

Ingredients

4 Servings
  • 120g
    butter
  • 2
    spring onions
  • 5clove
    garlic (minced)
  • 1tbsp
    plain flour
  • 1cup
    seafood stock (or any of choice)
  • 284mL
    double cream
  • 1tsp
    mustard powder
  • 350g
    mixed seafood
  • White wine (optional)
  • S&P (to taste)
  • 1tbsp
    fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Boiled sweet corn

Toppings

  • Fried prawns
  • Spring onion (green part)
  • Parsley

Method

  1. Fry spring onion (white part only) then add garlic and fry until cooked.

  2. Add flour and fry until cooked (until the smell of flour’s gone).

  3. Add stock, cream, wine, mustard mix and S&P.

  4. Adjust seasoning if needed.

  5. Add parsley and simmer until seafood is cooked. Then add parsley.
