No bake dessert that will melt in your mouth. Easy and Yummy.

Ingredients

7 Servings
(1 serving = 160 mL cup)
  • 200g
    mango, chopped
  • 2tbsp

  • 4tbsp
    cornstarch (US) / corn flour (UK)
  • 300mL
    milk
  • 100g
    vanilla cake or muffins (madeira cake aka loaf cake, pound cake)
  • 200mL
    whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)

    finely chopped mango
  • mango cubes for decoration

Method

  1. In a blender, puree 200g of chopped mango with 2 tbsp of sugar until smooth.

  8. In a separate bowl, whip the cream with 2 tbsp of sugar until stiff peaks form.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.

  2. Chill the dessert cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
