Ingredients
- 1tspcooking oil
- 7clovegarlic
- 1bundlefresh coriander
- 60gsalted butter
- 250gconchiglie pasta (90% boiled with salt)
- 1/2tspcrushed black pepper
- 2tspcrushed red chili
- 1/4tspHimalayan pink salt
- 1tsponion powder
- 1/2tbspchicken powder (optional)
- 1 1/2tbspParmesan cheese powder
- 1/2cuphalved cherry tomatoes
- 18piecefresh basil leaves
- 3tbsppasta water or water (if required)
- 3tbspcheddar cheese
How to make Butter Garlic Pasta
In a frying pan, add cooking oil and garlic. Fry on low flame until light golden.
Let it cool.
In a grinding jug, add fried garlic, fresh coriander, and butter. Grind well to make a thick paste. Garlic butter is ready!
In a wok, add prepared garlic butter and let it melt on low flame.
Add boiled pasta and mix well.
Add crushed black pepper, crushed red chili, pink salt, onion powder, chicken powder, Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves. Mix well.
Add water and cheddar cheese. Mix well until cheese melts and serve!
Tips & Tricks
You can adjust the amount of red chili according to your spice preference.
If the pasta seems too dry, add a bit more pasta water to achieve the desired consistency.
