- 20Risines
- 4Almonds
- Water
- 3Banana
- 100mLmilk
How to make Banana with nuts smoothie
Soaking of dry fruits
Firstly we have to soak Uthatti, Almonds, Risines in water for 60min
Blending of soaked nuts
Now we take a mixi jar, all soaked nuts are put into the jar & add chopped banana, milk then blend it and poured into a glass add some almonds pieces for extra taste. Now the healthy tasty delicious smoothie is ready.
Tips & Tricks
Use hot water for soaking process so it takes less time.
