How to make Healthy Halwa Using 9 in 1 Flour Mix

Prepare the Flour Mix

    Dry roast the multigrain mix atta for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.

    Add ghee to the roasted atta and cook on medium to low flame for another 2 minutes.

Combine and Finish
