- INGREDIENTS
- 300gyam
- cut into strips
- 24pcs of smoked bacon
- 1egg
- beaten
- Some cornstarch for coating
- Cooking oil for deep- frying
How to make Bacon and yam roll
- Remove the skin from the yam and cut into stirps. Set it aside.
- Place a yam strip on top of the bacon, and roll it up. Repeated the same until all the ingredients are used up.
- Dip the bacon roll into the egg mixture and coat it with cornstarch. Deep fried in hot oil until golden brown. Leaves aside for 2 minutes. Fried the bacon roll for a second time at high heat again to crisp up the bacon roll.
- Dip with your favourite hot sauce and enjoy!!
Tips & Tricks
Double frying will make the bacon yam roll extremely crispy.
