A quick and healthy paratha recipe perfect for kids, made with whole wheat flour and honey.

Ingredients

(1 serving = 1 paratha)
  • 1piece
    Egg
  • 1/2cup
    whole wheat flour
  • 2tbsp
    honey
  • Milk as required for thick batter
  • 1tsp
    ghee
  • More ghee for cooking
  • Khoya (optional)

How to make Kids Special 2 Minutes Paratha

Whisk whole wheat flour, Honey,milk with Egg

  1. Heat a pan and add 1 tsp ghee.

  2. Pour batter as required for 1 paratha.

  3. Add more ghee on the paratha.

  4. Cook it on low flame, then flip it to cook the other side.

  5. For more taste, you can add khoya in the milk.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the batter is thick enough to hold its shape when poured onto the pan.

  2. Cook on low flame to ensure the paratha is cooked through without burning.
