How to make Cassata ice cream 🍦

  1. Step 1

    Take a bowl and add chilled whipping cream. Whisk the cream until it becomes soft form.

  2. Step 2

    Add condensed milk and mix gently

  3. Step 3

    Now divide the cream form into 6 small cups/bowls and add the paste items which is already prepared into each bowl.

  4. Step 4

    Take another container with butter/oil paper and pour the 6 different mixed form one by one. don't forget to tap the container each time while you are filling.

  5. Step 5

    Keep the container overnight in freezer.
