  • Basmati rice
  • red-yellow lentils
  • mung dal
  • chickpeas
  • turmeric and cumin powder
  • oil and ghee
  • Garlic ginger paste and salt

How to make Khichuri lentil rice

  1. Mix all the ingredients with rice and cook in the rice cooker

  2. It's healthy and with lots of nutrients

Tips & Tricks

  1. Add 1tbs ghee or butter and some fresh green chillies. Can be served with simply fried eggs
