How to make Homemade Hot chips

Peel 4 potatoes and cut into normal chips shapes.

    Place it in cold water. Heat up the oil in a frying pan. Once hot add the chips. Chips should be submerged in the oil.Fry or 3- 4 minutes and turn.

    Remove from the oil and place in a deep bowl. Mix your spices and toss it over the chips.

  3. Step 3

    Serve with your preferred sauce. I used Nando's perinaise in my video
