How to make Panamanian Green Rice

  1. Step 1

    Wash chard leaves thoroughly. Chop roughly.

  2. Step 2

    Boil in 1 cup of water with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan. Sauté cooked chard with ½ cup water for 5 minutes.
