Crispy golden brown tuna fish cakes with a hint of lemon, perfect as a snack or part of a meal.
Ingredients

(1 serving = 2 fish cakes)
- 2canTuna
- 1/2pieceOnion, finely chopped
- 1bundleFresh watercress
- 1cloveGarlic, finely chopped
- 1pieceGinger, clove-sized, finely chopped
- 2pieceEggs
- 1/2cupCake Flour
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2cupOil for frying
How to make Lemony Tuna Fish Cakes
Drain the tuna.
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Scoop tablespoons full of the mixture and shallow fry until crispy golden brown on the outside.
Tips & Tricks
Once fish cakes come from the pan, put some kitchen paper towel on your chopping board to drain the excess oil, then squeeze some lemon juice over.
