A traditional Nepali millet flatbread served with timoor pickle or Nepali salsa.

(1 serving = 1 roti)
- 1000mLwater
- 500gmillet flour
- ghee
How to make Kodo ko Roti
Mix the water and millet flour to make a smooth batter.
Heat a non-stick pan and apply a little ghee.
Pour 2 ounces of the batter onto the pan and spread it with the help of a ladle.
Cook on low heat until the bottom is cooked.
Flip the roti and cook the other side, adding a few drops of ghee.
Serve with timoor pickle or desired Nepali salsa.

Ensure the batter is smooth to avoid lumps in the roti.
