The ultimate easy dinner. This seriously took 1 minute to prep and then the oven did the rest of the work. With only 4 ingredients that you probably already have, this may be the easiest dinner I’ve ever made. I love these @justbarechicken roasted chicken bites. They are so easy and clean with no hormones or preservatives. Definitely keep this because I promise, you’ll make it.

How to make Quick and Healthy BBQ Chicken Bowls

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 425°.

  2. Step 2

    You will need two baking sheets. On one baking sheet, add potatoes. On another baking sheet, add chicken bites.

  3. Step 3

    Place both baking sheets in the oven for 10 minutes.

  4. Step 4

    Remove chicken from oven (leaving potatoes in the oven), flip chicken, add corn to the pan, and return chicken to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    When chicken is finished, remove it from the oven. Take potatoes out of the oven and flip. Place potatoes back in the oven for five more minutes.

  6. Step 6

    Coat chicken and corn with barbecue sauce.

  7. Step 7

    When potatoes are finished, layer potatoes, chicken, and corn in a bowl and serve.
