Egg and Turkey Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients
- as needed Nonstick Cooking Spray
- 2pieceFarmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs
- 2tbsp2% Reduced Fat Milk
- 2tbspShredded Cheddar Cheese
- 10tspDeli Turkey
- 2slices Center Cut Bacon
- 1tbspPico de Gallo
- to taste Salt
- to taste Ground Black Pepper
How to make Egg and Turkey Breakfast Burrito
Lightly coat a medium skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat it over medium-low heat.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and ground black pepper.
When the skillet is hot, pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cover.
Allow the egg to cook for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through and set. Remove the pan from the heat.
Shred the cheddar cheese if not pre-shredded.
Layer the deli turkey, followed by center cut bacon, shredded cheese, and pico de gallo.
Carefully roll the burrito up and transfer to a plate. Top with any additional toppings and serve immediately.
Tips & Tricks
For a spicier burrito, add some hot sauce or jalapeños.
Use a nonstick skillet to prevent the eggs from sticking.
