Everything Avocado Toast

    Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs
  • 2
    slice Rye Bread
  • 1/2cup
    Greek Yogurt
  • 1piece
    Avocado
  • 1tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • dash
    Everything Bagel Seasoning

How to make Avocado Toast with Sunny Side Up Eggs

Prepare the Toast

  1. Heat a pan to medium heat and toast both sides of each slice of rye bread. Set aside on a plate.

Cook the Eggs and Assemble

  1. Coat the same pan with olive oil. Break both eggs separately and cook them sunny side up for about 3 minutes or to your taste.

  2. While the eggs are cooking, mash the avocado and layer it with Greek yogurt on each toast.

  3. Once the eggs are ready, top each toast with one egg.

  4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over each toast. Serve immediately.
