I have used carrot juice instead of water, hence I have named it Gajar ka Halwa, by the way it is Karachi Halwa. Karachi Halwa is a sweet made with cornstarch and is known for its characteristic chewy texture. It is the perfect treat for festive occasions, takes some time to put it together but its flavor makes up for all the hard work!
