Just finished making this ox liver for a late lunch today. I kept it simple and fried it in some oil, onion rings, and garlic with some spices. I’m going to have this with some steamed bread and a cold glass of coke! And also, Happy New Year my chefs! ❤️

How to make Simple Fried Ox Liver

    Season the liver with salt and pepper.
