A simple and a high protein salad which helps you to loose weight and control your hunger pangs

Ingredients

1 Servings
(1 serving = 1 bowl)

For base

  • 1cup
    Sprouts
  • 1
    onion
  • 1
    tomato
  • 2
    cucumbers
  • 1
    lemon
  • chat masala as per taste
  • 2cup
    water
  • 1
    Green chilly

Method

let’s prepare

  1. Take the sprouts and put it in boiling water

  2. Once the colour is changed drain it with a strainer

  3. Shift it to a bowl and let it cool down

  4. Chop onion ,tomato,cucumber and chilly with the help of chopper

  5. Mix all of them gently together

  6. Add chat masala and lemon

Tips & Tricks

  1. Prepare sprouts at home as market ones are full of pesticides
