How to make Spinach and Jute Mallow Stir Fry
Preparation
Wash the spinach and jute mallow leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt.
Cooking
In a large pot over medium heat, bring water to boil and add in soda ash, jute mallow and later in add spinach leaves cook until they begin to wilt.
Once the leaves are fully cooked and tender, keep them aside to cool for 2 mins and later add in onions . Simmer for 2 mins .
Stir fry the greens for 3 mins . Add salt to taste.
Add milk, cook for 3 mins. Serve when warm and fresh!
