How to make Valentine's Chocolate Cake

  1. Step 1

In a saucepan, pour the liter of milk and add the chocolate dessert mix. Stir well and heat, cooking until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. Step 2

In a ceramic dish, place a layer of Imperial-style cookies that have been previously dipped in the sweetened coffee. On top of the cookies, add a layer of the chocolate dessert mixture. Repeat with another layer of cookies dipped in coffee, followed by another layer of chocolate dessert. Continue layering until you finish with a layer of cookies.

  3. Step 3

You can also alternate layers of cookies, chocolate dessert, and vanilla dessert to create a two-flavor cake.

  4. Step 4

Place the dessert in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Remove it and coat the top with the semi-sweet chocolate melted using a double boiler. Return the dessert to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
