For the Chantilly Cream

How to make Special Orange Cream

  1. Step 1

    Wash the oranges thoroughly and cut them.

    Squeeze the oranges and set the juice aside.

    Carefully scrape out the inside of the orange peels, making sure not to tear them, as they will serve as molds for the cream.

    In a saucepan, combine the orange juice, sugar, and cornstarch (previously dissolved in the water). Mix everything well and heat over low heat.

    Cook, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens.

    Remove the cream from the heat and let it cool for about 5 minutes before filling the orange peels.

    Refrigerate for at least two hours.

    Whip the fresh heavy cream with the powdered sugar until it thickens.
