How to make Chocolate Bark

  1. Step 1

Place the two chocolate slabs into two different cups. Melt them in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds. Be careful not to burn the chocolate. Once melted, temper the chocolate with a spoon until smooth and runny.

  2. Step 2

Place a silicone mat onto a tray that will fit into your freezer. Pour the dark chocolate onto the silicone mat, then the white chocolate next to it. Use a palette knife to spread out the chocolate, creating a marble effect.

  3. Step 3

While the chocolate is still melted, evenly sprinkle dried cranberries, and nuts over it. Ensure they stick to the chocolate. Drizzle drops of rose water over the chocolate.

  4. Step 4

Place the tray into the freezer to set for 30 minutes, then break the chocolate into pieces for serving.
