    medium mirlitons
  • 2tbsp
    crab boil (liquid)
  • 4tbsp
    butter
  • 1cup
    chopped green onions
  • 1
    large onion, chopped
  • 1/2cup
    parsley, chopped
  • 1lb
    shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2cup
    seasoned panko

How to make Shrimp and Crab Mirliton Casserole

  1. Cover the mirlitons in water. Add salt and crab boil. Boil until fork tender, then remove and let cool.

  2. Sauté the green onions, onions, and parsley in butter.

  3. Add the shrimp and crab, and sauté for another 10 minutes.

  4. Add in the chopped mirliton. Adjust seasonings as needed.

  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with seasoned panko.
