How to make Pineapple and Bell Pepper Stir Fry
In a large frying pan or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Fry the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the sliced green beans, cubed green bell pepper, and cubed yellow bell pepper. Stir fry for about 5 minutes.
Add the pineapple, cut into triangles, and stir fry for another 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the pineapple pieces are browning.
Serve as a side dish or as a light meal. Enjoy!
