How to make Sardine and Egg Omelette
Beat the eggs, then add salt and pepper.
Take the sardines and separate the sauce from the fish.
Mash the fish, then add the egg mixture.
Heat a pan and add cooking oil until it becomes hot.
Add chopped onion, tomato, and long chili, then cook for 1 minute.
Add the egg mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the pan is hot before adding the egg mixture to prevent sticking.
You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor.
