How to make Strawberry Mageu Milkshake
Prepare the Strawberries
Wash the strawberries and cut them in half. Set aside 6 halves for garnish.
Make the Strawberry Sauce
In a saucepan, add the strawberries and honey. Let them melt, then add the food colouring for an extra pink colour. Simmer for 2 minutes and remove from the stove.
Pour a bit of the strawberry sauce into a glass for decoration.
Blend the Milkshake
In a blender, add the remaining strawberries and mageu. Blend until smooth.
Add ice cream and honey, then blend until thick. Avoid over-blending to prevent a watery consistency.
Prepare the Cream
In a bowl, pour the cream and add caramel essence. Use a hand mixer to thicken the cream.
Assemble the Milkshake
Pour the milkshake into glasses.
Add the thickened cream into a piping bag and pipe on top of the milkshake.
Garnish with pomegranate and drizzle with honey.
