    origanum

    pasta
  • 2tbsp

    cream

    mushrooms
  • Rosa tomatoes
  • 1/2

    chicken stock cube
  • 1/2cup
    hot water

How to make Creamy Spinach Mushroom Pasta

  1. Cook pasta according to the instructions. Once cooked, rinse in cold water, add oil, mix together, and set aside.

  2. In a large pan, add oil and sauté chopped onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic flakes, paprika, and origanum for about 5 minutes. Set aside in a bowl.

  3. Whisk flour with chicken stock and cream. Use the same pan for the mushrooms and pour in the mixture. Once it thickens, add slices of cheese. If too thick, add milk.

  4. Add the mushrooms back into the pan, add cooked pasta, and mix together. Add spinach, season with salt and pepper. Mix together and let it simmer for about 2 minutes, ensuring the spinach retains its color.
