    large plain naan
  • 2
    chicken breasts or chicken strips
  • 150g
    mushrooms
  • 250mL
    cream
  • 1tsp
    garlic & herb spice
  • 1/2tsp
    onion powder
  • 1tsp
    paprika
  • 2
    slices cheddar cheese
  • 100g
    grated gouda cheese
  • 100g
    grated Tussers full cream cheese
  • 2
    Spring onions

How to make Creamy Chicken Naan Pizza

  1. In a pan, add oil and let it heat up.

  2. Add chicken, garlic & herb spice, paprika, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is done.

  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they are soft.

  4. Add cream and let it simmer on medium heat.

  5. Add cheddar cheese slices and let them melt. Once the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and set aside.

  6. In a hot pan, toast the naan bread on both sides and remove from heat.

  7. Add the cooled chicken and cheese mixture onto the naan.

  8. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius or in a pizza oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.

  9. Garnish with spring onion.
