How to make Crammed Crust Pizza

Dough Preparation

  1. Sift the flour and gently fold in the yoghurt with a spatula until the mixture forms a dough.

  2. On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 5-8 minutes. If it's too sticky, add a bit of flour and knead well, or if dry, add a bit of yoghurt.

Toppings Preparation

  1. Wash chicken breasts, pat dry, slice the chicken, season with spices, and in a pan add a bit of oil. Pan fry until cooked.

  2. Remove chicken from the pan, add bacon, fry until golden brown, then remove from the pan. Add mushrooms, fry until cooked, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and remove from the stove once cooked.

Assembling the Pizza

  1. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.

  2. Grease a baking tray with a bit of oil or add flour in the pan, then transfer the rolled-out dough to the greased pan.

  3. Pull or cut each cheese griller into 2 pieces lengthwise. Lay each piece around the outer edge of the pizza dough. Bring the edge of the dough over the cheese grillers, pressing to encase the cheese grillers in the dough.

  4. For the pizza base, mix tomato sauce with Jimmy steakhouse sauce, then spread on the pizza dough.

  5. Add all the toppings except for the cheese and sauces.

  6. Put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.

  7. Remove from the oven, add the cheese, and drizzle some sauces on top. Then put back in the oven until the cheese has melted.
