How to make Cabbage & Meaty Bones

  1. In a pot, add a bit of oil and fry the rinsed meaty bones until golden brown.

  2. Remove the meaty bones and in the same pot, add onion, garlic, bay leaves, and paprika. Cook until the onions are soft.

  3. Add the meaty bones back into the pot, mix everything together, and add enough water along with the beef cubes. Cook for an hour or until the meat is soft.

  4. Add the chopped cabbage and cook for another 20-30 minutes. Let it simmer on medium heat until the gravy or sauce has thickened.
