Dough

  • 4cups
    self-raising wheat flour
  • 3cups
    plain yoghurt

Mince Topping

  • 1kg
    Mince

    clove garlic, minced

    beef stock cubes
  • Jimmy steakhouse sauce

  • Tomato sauce or tomato paste

How to make Breakfast Pizza with Leftover Mince and Eggs

Prepare the Dough

  1. Sift the flour and gently fold in the yoghurt with a spatula until the mixture forms a dough.

  2. On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 5-8 minutes. If it's too sticky, add a bit of flour and knead well.

Prepare the Mince

  1. Fry onion and garlic with a bit of oil, then add the mince.

  2. Once the mince has cooked, add beef stock and let it dissolve, then add the Jimmy steakhouse sauce.

Assemble the Pizza

  1. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.

  2. Grease a baking tray with a bit of oil, then transfer the rolled-out dough to the greased pan.

  3. For the pizza base, spread tomato sauce mixed with Jimmy chip n burger sauce or use tomato paste or puree.

  4. Add the cooked eggs, then the mince. Put in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.

  5. Remove from the oven, add tomatoes, Jimmy steakhouse sauce, and grated cheese. Put back in the oven until the dough is cooked and cheese has melted.
