    cube Beef stock
  • 1tsp
    cumin
  • 2clove
    garlic
  • 1tsp
    rosemary
  • 3
    bay leaves
  • 1tsp
    thyme
  • 1tbsp
    mild and spicy masala
  • 1tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 2
    red chilli
  • 3tbsp
    BBQ sauce
  • 1tsp
    paprika
  • 1/2
    chopped onion
  • 1/2
    carrots and potatoes, chopped
  • 1tbsp
    flour
  • Salt and pepper

How to make Beef Stew

  1. Coat the beef with flour and season with salt and pepper.

  2. In a pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add the beef and fry until slightly brown. Remove from the pot.

  3. In the same pot, add onion, garlic, cumin, chillies, paprika, rosemary, thyme, and mild and spicy masala. Mix together, then add the beef back to the pot. Combine well.

  4. Add tomato paste and bay leaves. Pour in water and let the meat cook until slightly soft.

  5. Add carrots and potatoes, BBQ sauce, and season with additional salt if needed.

  6. Once the vegetables are cooked, let the stew simmer on medium heat until the gravy thickens.
