How to make Barbecue Grilled Chicken Feet

  1. Rinse the chicken feet properly.

  2. In a pot, add chicken feet, chicken stock, 1 tablespoon of paprika, onion flakes, cumin, dry rosemary, garlic, and water. Boil for about 45 minutes or until the chicken feet are soft. Do not overcook them.

  3. Once the chicken feet are cooked, remove them from the pot and place them on a baking tray. Season with seven grill spice, 1 tablespoon of paprika, and Eskort barbecue sauce. Reserve the gravy inside the pot.

  4. Place the chicken feet in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.

  5. In the same pot used to cook the chicken feet, mix a bit of water with Knorr tasty chicken soup to thicken the gravy slightly.
