A spicy and flavorful chicken doughnut with a hint of ginger, garlic, and aromatic spices. Served with a side of mayonnaise dip.

  • 500g
    chicken
  • 4piece
    potatoes
  • 2piece
    eggs
  • 1piece
    onion
  • 5piece
    button onions
  • 1tbsp
    ginger
  • 1tbsp
    garlic
  • 1bundle
    coriander leaves
  • 2tbsp
    maidha (all-purpose flour)
  • 1tsp
    pepper powder
  • 1tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 1tbsp
    chilly powder
  • 1tsp
    chilly flakes
  • 1tsp
    garam masala
  • 1tsp
    salt
  • 3tbsp
    oil
  • 4tbsp
    mayonnaise

How to make Spicy Chicken doughnut

  1. Boil the potatoes until cooked. Peel and cut them into pieces.

  2. Chop the onion, button onions, ginger, and garlic finely.

  3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.

  4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are no longer pink.

  5. Add the turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.

  6. Add the boiled potatoes to the pan. Stir to combine.

  7. Sprinkle garam masala and chilly flakes over the mixture. Cook for a few more minutes.

  8. Make a shape of doughnut with the mixture after it become cool.

  9. fry it in vegetable oil.

  10. Serve hot with a side of mayonnaise dip.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the chicken is cooked thoroughly before adding the potatoes.

  2. Adjust the amount of chilly powder and chilly flakes according to your spice preference.

  3. You can add a squeeze of lemon juice for an extra tangy flavor.
