- 2tbspmaidha (all-purpose flour)
- 1tsppepper powder
- 1tspturmeric powder
- 1tbspchilly powder
- 1tspchilly flakes
- 1tspgaram masala
- 1tspsalt
- 3tbspoil
- 4tbspmayonnaise
How to make Spicy Chicken doughnut
Boil the potatoes until cooked. Peel and cut them into pieces.
Chop the onion, button onions, ginger, and garlic finely.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions, ginger, and garlic until golden brown.
Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are no longer pink.
Add the turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the boiled potatoes to the pan. Stir to combine.
Sprinkle garam masala and chilly flakes over the mixture. Cook for a few more minutes.
Make a shape of doughnut with the mixture after it become cool.
fry it in vegetable oil.
Serve hot with a side of mayonnaise dip.
