*A creamy *parsley soup to have as your main course or side dish and goes perfect with bread and rice

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 100gms )

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2cup
    of natural plain yoghurt( optional)
  • A bunch of parsley leaves
  • 3
    large chopped potatoes
  • 25mL
    of coconut cream
  • 3tbsp
    of butter
  • Sal and pepper to taste

How to make Creamy parsley soup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt the 3 tablespoon butter in a heated pan

  2. Add the blended potatoes and parsley and stir for 2 mins

  3. Add in the coconut cream and pepper to taste

  4. Serve while hot

Tips & Tricks

  1. Mix the coconut cream with some chilly if you want a tangy taste
