How to make Spicy Squid Curry

  1. Clean the squid and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Remove the skin.

  2. In a pan, sauté ginger, garlic, onion, lemongrass, and black pepper until aromatic.

  3. Add the squid to the pan and reduce the heat to low. Sauté for 3 minutes.

  4. Pour in the coconut milk and add the curry powder. Let it boil for another 3 minutes.
