Imagine waking up to a breakfast that is already made. Simple, delicious, packed with nutrition and customizable.


1 Servings
  • 1/2cup
    rolled oats
  • 1/2cup
    milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2tsp
    chia seeds (optional)
  • 1tsp
    honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A handful of your favorite fruits (berries, sliced bananas etc.)
  • Optional toppings: nuts, seeds, granula etc.


  1. In a jar or a bowl, combine oats, milk, chia seeds, and honey/maple syrup if using.

  2. Stir well until everything is mixed.

  3. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

  4. In the morning, give it a good stir, add your favorite toppings & fruits on the top , and enjoy!

  5. You can adjust the ingredients and toppings according to your taste preferences.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Use the Right Ratio. The basic ratio for overnight oats is typically 1 part oats to 1 part liquid. Adjust this ratio based on your desired consistency.

  2. Rolled oats (also known as old-fashioned oats) work best for overnight oats. Avoid instant oats, as they can become too mushy.

  3. Experiment with Flavors

  4. Overnight oats need time to soften and absorb the liquid. Let them soak in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, for the best texture.
