Tips & Tricks
Use the Right Ratio. The basic ratio for overnight oats is typically 1 part oats to 1 part liquid. Adjust this ratio based on your desired consistency.
Rolled oats (also known as old-fashioned oats) work best for overnight oats. Avoid instant oats, as they can become too mushy.
Experiment with Flavors
Overnight oats need time to soften and absorb the liquid. Let them soak in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, for the best texture.
