Ingredients

    riped avocado
  • 1tsp
    olive oil

    onion (finely chopped)

    medium tomato (finely chopped)

    lemon juice
  • Chopped coriander
  • pinch
    of black pepper (Adjust as per taste)
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.

  2. Mash the avocados with a fork until you reach your desired consistency.

  3. Add lime juice, diced onion, diced tomato, chopped coriander, salt, black pepper, and olive oil to the mashed avocados.

  4. Gently mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

  6. Serve immediately with nachos or cover tightly with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole to prevent browning and refrigerate until ready to serve.
