Eggless Fluffy Pancakes !

Stacking up smiles, one fluffy pancake at a time !

Ingredients

2 Servings
  • 1cup
    whole purpose flour
  • 4tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2tsp
    baking powder
  • 1cup
    milk
  • 1 1/2tsp
    vinegar
  • 2tbsp
    oil
  • 1/2tsp
    Vanilla essence

Method

  1. In a bowl, whisk together milk and vinegar to form buttermilk. This will help in making softer pancakes.

  2. In another bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar.

  3. Add oil, milk mixture, vanilla essence and baking soda and stir until just combined.

  4. It’s okay if there are few lumps.

  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.

  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter (or 1/8 cup, if want to make smaller) onto the skillet for each pancake.

  7. Cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the edges start to look set, about 2-3 minutes.

  8. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown on the other side, about 1-2 minutes more.

  9. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like maple syrup, fresh fruit, honey or whipped cream.

  10. Serve and enjoy with love ❤️

Tips & Tricks

  1. When mixing the pancake batter, be gentle and avoid over-mixing. A few lumps in the batter are okay. Over-mixing can result in tough pancakes.
