Dumpling Filling

  • 12piece
    rice paper sheets
  • 1cup
    shredded cabbage
  • 1/2cup
    shredded carrots
  • 1/2cup
    chopped mushrooms
  • 1/4cup
    chopped capsicum
  • 1/4cup
    chopped green onions
  • 2clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1tbsp
    soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water for sealing rice papers

Dipping Sauce

  • 2tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2tsp
