How to make Aglio Olio Spaghetti Pasta
Instructions:
Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until it turns golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to burn it.
Add the red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook for another 30 seconds to infuse the oil with the spice.
Add pasta water , chopped coriander and basil . Season well with salt and pepper.
Toss with your choice of toppings.(I personally prefer olives in it.)
Add cooked spaghetti. Toss everything together to coat the spaghetti with the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add more pasta water
Serve immediately, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Enjoy your delicious homemade Aglio Olio pasta!
