How to make Masala Mushrooms

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the bay leaf.

  2. When the bay leaf turns dark, add the jeera seeds.

  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and cook until aromatic.

  4. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until browned.

  5. Add the tomato paste and cook.

  6. Add the spices: chilli powder, dhania powder, salt, haldi, and garam masala.

  7. Once the oil separates from the tomatoes, add the diced mushrooms.
