  • 1tbsp
    butter

How to make Keema Sandwich

Prepare the Keema

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken keema, curd, chilli powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper.

  2. Sauté the mixture with some chopped onions in a pan for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.

Assemble the Sandwich

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

  2. Place a generous amount of the cooked keema mixture on the unbuttered side of two slices.
