How to make Custard Cookies

Preparation Steps

  1. Take a bowl and add softened butter along with sugar and essence. Whisk well until it becomes smooth.

  2. Now add tutti frutti and chopped cashews, and mix well.

  3. Add maida, custard powder, and baking powder.

  4. Add some milk and make a dough.

  5. Roll the cookie dough, wrap it in cling wrap, and refrigerate it for 4 hours.

  6. Now cut into cookie pieces and bake them in a pre-heated oven or air fry them.
