How to make Chicken Pulao

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan.

  2. Add bay leaves and jeera, and sauté for a minute.

  3. Add sliced onions and cook until they are golden brown.

  4. Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook for a couple of minutes.

  5. Add chili powder, dhania powder, haldi, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.

  7. Add the chicken and cook until it is fully cooked.

  8. Once the chicken is cooked, add rice and water.

  9. Cook on high heat until you hear one whistle.

  10. Then, reduce the heat and cook on low for 5 minutes.

  11. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
