How to make Bengun Ka Bharta

Roasting the Vegetables

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.

  2. Place the brinjal, tomatoes, and garlic in the air fryer.

  3. Air fry for 20 minutes.

Cooking the Masala

  1. In a pan, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, pepper, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and turmeric.

  3. Cook the masala and onions well.

  4. Peel and chop the roasted vegetables, then add them to the pan.

  5. Cover and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
