How to make Bengun Fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. Step 1

    Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.

    Add the ginger garlic paste and pureed tomatoes to the pan, stirring well.

    Stir-fry the brinjal for about five minutes over medium flame.

    Add one cup of water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
