Homemade Chicken Fry

Ingredients
- 16pieceChicken pieces
- 1pieceOnion (medium size)
- 1inGinger
- 10cloveGarlic
- 2pieceGreen Chilli
- 3tspBlack Pepper Powder
- 200gAll Purpose Flour
- 2pieceEgg
- 1tspSalt
- 1pinchSugar
- 4tspVinegar or Lime juice
- 100gBreadcrumb
- 1Oil (for frying)
How to make Homemade Chicken Fry
Make a paste of onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilli with a little water.
Add half teaspoon of salt, 1.5 teaspoons of black pepper powder, lime juice or vinegar, chicken, and a pinch of sugar to the paste. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
After one hour, coat the marinated chicken pieces with flour and place them on a separate plate.
Mix the remaining marinated paste with 2 eggs.
In a separate plate, mix the breadcrumb with half teaspoon salt and the remaining 1.5 teaspoons of black pepper powder.
Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture and then coat it with breadcrumb.
Fry the chicken pieces two at a time in a wok until they turn brown.
