A delicious and crispy homemade chicken fry recipe that can be served as a snack or side dish.

Ingredients

    Chicken pieces
  • 1piece
    Onion (medium size)
  • 1in
    Ginger
  • 10clove
    Garlic
  • 2piece
    Green Chilli
  • 3tsp
    Black Pepper Powder
  • 200g
    All Purpose Flour
  • 2piece
    Egg
  • 1tsp
    Salt
  • 1pinch
    Sugar
  • 4tsp
    Vinegar or Lime juice
  • 100g
    Breadcrumb
  • 1
    Oil (for frying)

How to make Homemade Chicken Fry

  1. Make a paste of onion, ginger, garlic, and green chilli with a little water.

  2. Add half teaspoon of salt, 1.5 teaspoons of black pepper powder, lime juice or vinegar, chicken, and a pinch of sugar to the paste. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

  3. After one hour, coat the marinated chicken pieces with flour and place them on a separate plate.

  4. Mix the remaining marinated paste with 2 eggs.

  5. In a separate plate, mix the breadcrumb with half teaspoon salt and the remaining 1.5 teaspoons of black pepper powder.

  6. Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture and then coat it with breadcrumb.

  7. Fry the chicken pieces two at a time in a wok until they turn brown.
